Motors Lab

This low lab serves as an ideal area for assembly of electromechanical systems, and as an extension of the adjacent Power Electronics lab.  This lab was designed as a general purpose research space.  It provides hard surface counters including a middle island area with power and internet drops, multiple power outlets along the back wall, two breaker boxes serving 240 V and 460 V power, floor drains and high ceilings.  It is also outfitted with a large heat exchanger to enable motors testing.
