- Immediately isolate and get tested
- Immediately report exposure to Supervisor (or PI),
- Immediately report test results when available to Supervisor (or PI),
- Contact OHP to report COVID-19 symptoms or COVID-19 tests regardless of test results

On report of positive COVID test:
Supervisor (or PI) will:
- Work with individual and coordinate with CEM safety team to identify and limit access to affected spaces.
- Work with individual and coordinate with CEM safety team to identify and notify close contacts.
CEM Safety team will:
- Work with Director to communicate positive test and any room closures to staff
- Notify CEER
- Initiate contact with EHS to confirm UT response underway
